RnD Technical's principal, Bob Davie, is the first external editor certified by ESS Info to edit geoscience manuscripts for the Geological Survey of Canada . He is a Professional Geologist and an active member of the Association of Earth Science Editors, an international professional association dedicated to the exchange of ideas on selection, editing and publication of research manuscripts, journals, serials, periodicals and maps pertaining to the earth sciences.

During six years of operations, RnD Technical has completed more than 93 projects for clients including the Geological Survey of Canada (GSC), Alberta Geological Survey, Manitoba Geological Survey, Saskatchewan Geological Survey, Ontario Geological Survey, British Columbia Geological Survey, the National Capital Commission, and the Canadian Association of Mining and Services for Export (CAMESE).
